My Story

I first got into weight lifting when I got hired into an office job. I found myself eating junk food and fast food all the time. I knew if I kept this up, I would later regret it in the future. I wanted to make a change and so I made a myself to go to the gym every other day and who knew I would love lifting so much! After seeing progress, I knew I would have to improve my diet to see even better results. I knew proper fuel would better my results so I followed through. I am happy with my lifestyle change. I’m a healthier, stronger and happier me.
